      •   The maximum working temperature is 100 ℃ (6 months), the maximum working pressure difference is 3.4bar/142 ℃, the filtration area is 0.85m ²/10 ", and the filtration accuracy is 0.01 μ m.
          The HGPF series filter cartridge is made of polytetrafluoroethylene membrane, which can achieve 100% retention efficiency for 0.01um, enabling HGPF to meet the most stringent requirements. HGPF's full range of temperature resistant structural materials, including support layers, shells, and interfaces, are all made of high-temperature resistant materials. They can work continuously for 6 months at an operating temperature of 100 ℃.
          All filters undergo integrity testing through the VALAIR DATAIi particle challenge experiment. Under a pressure of 0.8 bar (11.6 psi), the diffusion flow rate is less than 20ml/min, and the filter element is wetted with a value of 60/40 IPA/Water for testing. The HGPF series filter cartridge can be repeatedly disinfected 120 times in situ steam at 142 ℃ (288 ℃).
          The HGPF series filter cartridge, as a high-temperature resistant filter cartridge, has been fully certified and can be used for sterilizing and filtering compressed air and gases. The HGPF series filter cartridges were tested with DH Valairdatal and passed the DOP test.
